David and Tina Mulvey welcome  you to their home, a fine period farmhouse, retaining many of its original features.

We came to Northumberland in 1991 and  have been at Hay Farm since 1999. During this time we have refurbished the house to our taste, hopefully  reflecting its age; while giving it all the modern touches.

It is a very happy family home and hope that this shows through when you stay with us.

GUEST SITTING ROOM

    Tea and scones are served on arrival in the elegant sitting room with its comfy chairs and open fire. Here you can relax and watch TV, maybe play a board game or just chill out and take a look at some of the interesting literature about the area.

The Cheviot Hills to the south and the Scottish borders to the west.

Hay Farm enjoys an elevated south facing position with panoramic views over the spectacular, surrounding countryside.
